What we collect
- From your Google account when you sign in: your name, email address and profile photo. We never see your Google password.
- From your profile: IC number (MyKad), phone / WhatsApp, date of birth, gender, area, status, school or workplace and interests.
- From our forms: details you send through the Join Us or Collaboration & Partnership forms.
Why we use it
- To manage your membership of the club.
- To contact you about club activities, programmes and events.
- To organise the events you choose to join.
- Your IC number is used only to confirm membership records (one membership per person) and for official club registration and programme reports where required.
Who can see it
Only you and the club committee (admins). Your IC number is never shown on your profile page or to other members. We do not sell your data or share it with others, unless the law requires it.
How it is stored
Your data is kept in a secured online database (Supabase). Each member can only see their own profile.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a member. When you delete your account, your profile is removed.
Your choices
- See and change your details any time on the My Profile page.
- Delete your account from the My Profile page.
- Ask us any question about your data using the contact details above.
